ESPN's Tom Rinaldi hosts the program, which features six of the ACC's national championship winning coaches discussing their philosophies on coaching, winning and dealing with tough losses. Included on the guest list are:
- Boeheim, who guided the Orange to the 2003 NCAA Championship. He will discuss competing against the top basketball teams in the ACC.
- Virginia men's basketball coach Tony Bennett, who directed the Cavaliers to the 2019 NCAA title. Bennett speaks about finding support from his fellow ACC coaches after difficult NCAA Tournament losses.
- Duke men's basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski, a multi-title winning coach. Krzyzewski chats with Rinaldi about his expectations to win an NCAA championship each season.
- Muffet McGraw, who won NCAA crowns in 2001 and 2018 at Notre Dame. McGraw provides insight on dealing with tough defeats and continuing to push forward.
- Dabo Swinney, coach of the defending champion Clemson football team. He details the methods he uses to handle criticism as well as the expectations he has each year.
- North Carolina men's basketball coach Roy Williams, who has led the Tar Heels to three NCAA Championships. He reveals how former North Carolina standout Michael Jordan helped him overcome the disappointing loss to Villanova in the 2016 title game.
