Orange Honored For Work in the Classroom

Syracuse University men's soccer team has earned the Team Academic Award from United Soccer Coaches. The award goes to teams at the high school and collegiate levels who showed exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2019-20 school year.

This is the seventh time that the Orange have won the award and the fourth time in five years that 'Cuse has been recognized for its work off the field.

The squad posted a 3.605 team GPA in the spring semester as 17 players posted a 3.5 GPA or higher. Individually, Massimo Ferrin and Hilli Goldhar were named to the All-ACC Men's Soccer Academic Team in January.
