Events in the Dome will now feature cashless payments in continued efforts to modernize and streamline concession and merchandise purchases, as well as reduce the potential spread of COVID-19.
Fans at the stadium will be able to utilize the very popular Apple Pay, Android Pay and Google Wallet mobile payment services, in addition to major credit and debit cards, to purchase food, beverages, merchandise and tickets in the Dome.
As an added benefit, cashless purchasing will speed up the checkout process allowing fans to order their food and return to their seats in less time. To support that effort, cashless payment will be the only method of payment utilized at concession and merchandise stands. In addition to cashless transactions, Syracuse previously announced that mobile ticketing would be used for athletics events in the stadium this season. Fans need to log in to their MyCuse account to access their mobile tickets to events. For step-by-step instructions, visit Cuse.com/mobiletickets.
As part of continued renovations to elevate the fan experience, Orange fans will experience new concession stands and refreshed menu items around the Dome this fall. Fans will experience the new stands at the AmeriCU Fan Fest on Friday, Aug. 27. The event is free to the public. All attendees are required to claim a mobile ticket for entry using the following link to your MyCuse account: AmeriCU Fan Fest Tickets
Syracuse University continues to work closely with the Onondaga County Health Department and New York State Department of health to implement guidelines to safely host fans at events. Consistent with NYS indoor facilities guidance, vaccinated and unvaccinated fans are welcome to AmeriCU Fan Fest. In accordance with NYS guidelines, fans will have to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test. An antigen-type test result must be completed within six hours of entry and a PCR-type test result must be within 72 hours of entry.
Tickets for the 2021 season are on sale now. Visit cuse.com/tickets or call 888-DOME-TIX to purchase. Fans can now purchase season tickets, partial plans and individual game tickets, however the best value for 'Cuse fans to watch the Orange this season remains purchasing a season ticket.
For less than $20 per game, fans can get access to every game of a home slate that features Clemson and Liberty – both of which finished in the top-20 of the 2020 AP Poll – matchups with longtime rivals Boston College and Pitt, an old-BIG EAST reunion against Rutgers, Wake Forest and an in-state showdown with UAlbany. This is the first time Syracuse has hosted seven home games since the 2017 season.
