Friday Night Orange Tipoff Brings Hoops Back To The Dome

College basketball returns to the JMA Wireless Dome on Friday night when the Syracuse men's and women's basketball teams host Orange Tipoff.
TICKETS
Admission is free but requires a ticket for entrance into the Dome. Fans can claim their tickets at cuse.com/tickets. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. with the planned program slated to being at 7:00 p.m.
COACHES' COMMENTS
"Voice of the Orange" Matt Park will serve as master of ceremonies during the evening. He will interview Coach Jim Boeheim and Coach Felisha Legette-Jack while the teams warm-up.
PLAYER COMPETITION
Spectators will have the opportunity to get in on the competition during the evening. Included are a 3-point shooting challenge and a student shooting challenge.
SCRIMMAGES
Both Syracuse squads will play intrasquad scrimmages. The games will feature two, 10-minute halves with running time.
SPIRIT TEAM PERFORMANCE
Syracuse's Spirit Team will be on hand for Orange Tipoff. The Dance Team has a special routine planned for halftime of the men's team scrimmage.
SELFIE STATIONS
The event will close out with player selfie stations the fans can take advantage of.

- Shot-Making Challenge:Â The women's club will open with two teams of three players each will race to be the first group to make a layup, free throw, 3-pointer and half-court shot.
- Mixed 3-point Shooting: Two teams, consisting of two men and two women, will vie for a 3-point shooting crown.Â
- Dunk Contest: Representatives from the men's team will challenge each other in a dunk contest. They'll be judged by members of the women's squad.Â
