
Nine Orange Set for Boys All-America Game in Baltimore

With one of the strongest recruiting classes in the country, nine incoming Syracuse University men's lacrosse student-athletes will participate in the 17th Annual All-America Lacrosse Senior Game Saturday night.
The boys' game is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 30 at Homewood Field in Baltimore, Maryland, immediately following the girls' game, which gets underway at 5:30 p.m. Both games are scheduled to air live on ESPNU.
Syracuse leads the All-America Lacrosse Senior Game with nine participants. Duke is the next closest with five participants. Six future Orange will play for the North team, including attackman Joey Spallina, ranked as the number one recruit by Inside Lacrosse. Joining Spallina on the North squad will be Finn Thomson (A), Michael Leo (A/M), Carter Kempney (M), Dylan Sageder (LSM) and Jimmy McCool (GK). On the South team will be three incoming student-athletes: Luke Rhoa (M), Riley Figueiras (D) and Billy Dwan (D).
The North team will be coached by Dylan Sheridan, John Paul, and Dallas Hartley. The South squad will be led by coaches Jeff Bellistri, Glen Miles, and Kylor Bellistri.
The incoming class for the Orange ranks fourth in the nation, per Inside Lacrosse's recruiting database, averaging 4.07 stars per player. Syracuse will bring in four five-star recruits, seven four-stars and three three-stars, totaling 57 stars for this year's class. Syracuse's incoming class totaled 11 more stars than the next highest total, Maryland, with 46.
