
Syracuse Soccer Signs Seven

Anna Croyle (Pennridge H.S./Sellersville, Pa.), Caitlin Driscoll (Noble & Greenough School/Sherborn, Mass.), Allie Fouts (Nationals GA Blue/Lake Orion, Mich.), Amanda Goldstein (Redondo Union H.S./Redondo Beach, Calif.), Lilly Heaslet (South Mecklenburg H.S./Charlotte, N.C.), Iba Oching (Whitecaps Elite REX/Coquitlam, British Columbia), and Gabby Wisbeck (Archbishop Spaulding H.S./Severn Park, Md.) have signed National Letters-of-Intent (NLI) to enroll and play soccer at Syracuse, according to Coach Nicky Thrasher Adams.

Here is a rundown of each player:
Anna Croyle | Defender | Pennridge High School
Croyle has enjoyed a stellar scholastic career with Pennridge, underscored by a 2020 Pennsylvania State Championship. As a sophomore, she received First Team All-North Atlantic Conference and All-Area First Team recognition. In her junior year, Croyle earned the 2022 Girls Soccer Player of the Year by The Reporter, Times Herald, and Montgomery Media. Now a senior, she was listed on the All-American watch list for 2023. Croyle had 12 career goals entering the 2023-24 season.

Caitlin Driscoll | Midfielder | Noble & Greenough School
Driscoll competed with the Noble & Greenough School, and through three seasons produced an impressive 13 goals and 10 assists. In her sophomore year, she was awarded a spot on the All-Independent School League (ISL) First Team. Driscoll received even more accolades her junior year, being named to the 2022 All-ISL First Team, All-New England Prepatory School Athletic Conference First Team, All-State First Team, and to the NESPAC All-Star Team. Heading into her final scholastic season as a senior, she was recognized to the 2023 Preseason Best XI.

Allie Fouts | Forward | Nationals GA Blue
Fouts has spent years as a part of the Nationals '06 Girls Academy Blue team. She led her club to three-straight Midwest Conference Championships, from 2020 through 2022.

Amanda Goldstein | Midfield | Redondo Union High School
Goldstein is a four-year varsity athlete and coming off her best season yet with 11 assists and four goals. Her noteworthy campaign was widely recognized, as she received the Redondo Union Most Outstanding Junior, 11th Grade MVP for girls' soccer, and 2023 All-Bay Second Team. Goldstein's play earned her a spot on the Panama U-20 National Team at 16 years old. Her international career has seen her play in the 2023 CONCAF Championships and produce one goal and two assists in nine matches. The Seahawks won the 2022 California Interscholastic Federation SoCal Championship, a SoCal Regional Championship and two Bay League Championships.

Lilly Heaslet | Goalkeeper | South Mecklenburg High School
Heaslet first started on the varsity team as a freshman. South Mecklenburg High School posted a 12-1-1 record and Heaslet earned First Team All-Region and First Team-All Conference honors that year. As a sophomore in 2022, she won High School Soccer 4A Player of the Year. In Heaslet's junior campaign, she helped her club team, Charlotte Development Academy, to the 2023 DPL National Championship. She saved two penalty kicks in the title contest. Heaslet owns a 0.78 goals-against average and has produced 4.8 saves per game.

Iba Oching | Defender | Whitecaps Elite REX
Oching has played for both the Canada Under-17 National Team and the Vancouver Whitecaps Girls Elite Academy. As a member of the Canada Under-17 team, she played at the 2022 Under-17 FIFA Women's World Cup in India. For the Whitecaps, Oching has won two League 1 BC Championships, the Juan De Fuca Plate (given to the best semi-pro team in British Columbia) and a League 1 Canada Championship in 2023.

Gabby Wisbeck | Midfielder | Archbishop Spalding High School
Wisbeck has played at Archbishop Spalding High School and her club, Bethesda SC. In her sophomore year, she led Archbishop Spalding to an Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) Championship and earned All-County honors. As a senior, Wisebeck received IAAM All-Conference laurels. Archbishop Spaulding was ranked third in the state of Maryland by MaxPreps. Wisbeck has produced 17 assists and nine goals.
