Syracuse University men's lacrosse will be back in action at the JMA Wireless Dome this Saturday. The Orange will take on the No.11 Johns Hopkins Blue Jays at 4 p.m. The game will be streamed on ACC Network Extra. John Eads and Syracuse men's lacrosse alum Evan Molloy '17 will be calling the game. Molloy was named ACC Tournament MVP and to the ACC All-Tournament Team in 2016.Â
Mike Powell Jersey Retirement
Syracuse Lacrosse legend Mike Powell will have his famed #22 jersey retired on Saturday. The ceremony will take place during halftime and fans in attendance will receive a commemorative Mike Powell pin. Powell was the first two-time Tewaararton Trophy winner and was a four-time first team All-American. He will be the second men's lacrosse player to have his jersey retired, following Gary Gait
Last Time vs. Johns Hopkins
The last time Syracuse played Johns Hopkins was March 13, 2022 in Baltimore, Maryland. The Orange outshot the Blue Jays 54-29, led by Tucker Dordevic's three goals. 'Cuse also won 14 of 21 faceoffs. Syracuse lost 10-7.Â
Captain Cole
Midfielder Cole Kirst recorded four goals and one assist last weekend against Duke. It marked season highs in goals, assists, and points for the Lehigh transfer. Kirst, a team captain this year, secured the first goal of the game for the Orange.Â

All tickets purchased for the women's lacrosse game will be valid through the start of the fourth quarter of the women's game. At that time, the Dome Box Office will transition to selling men's tickets and those will become the only valid ticket for entry for the men's game.
