Men’s Lacrosse Inside Top 10 Across the Board

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Another Monday, another week with the Syracuse University men's lacrosse team inside the top 10 for the major polls.
The Orange (4-1) picked up 352 points in the USILA Coaches Poll this week, holding in the number eight spot. Syracuse, which takes on Army West Point on Wednesday, was down one spot in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll to number seven, picking up 366 points. Syracuse held at number nine in the USA Lacrosse Magazine Division I Top 20.
No. 8/7 Syracuse will square off Wednesday night in another top-10 battle, hosting No. 5/5 Army West Point. Opening faceoff on ACC Network Extra is set for 6 p.m. Tickets are available at cuse.com/tickets.
Ten of the 15 opponents this season were mentioned in the USILA Coaches Poll this week: No. 1 Duke, No. 2 Virginia, No. 3 Maryland, No. 5 Army West Point, No. 6 Johns Hopkins, No. 8 Notre Dame, No. 10 Cornell, No. 18 Delaware, No. 19 North Carolina, with High Point in the receiving votes column.
