
Adamson Added To Tewaaraton Watch List

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Syracuse junior Olivia Adamson is one of 12 women's lacrosse players added to the Tewaaraton Award Watch List on Thursday, March 7. The Tewaaraton Award is presented annually to the top female and male college lacrosse players in the nation.

Adamson is Syracuse's leader in points (28) and goals (17) and ranks second in assists (11). She has recorded four or more points in five of six games this season. Adamson was honored as the Offensive Player of the Week by both the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) and ACC after posting six points on four goals and two assists in Syracuse's upset of No. 2 Notre Dame.

The St. Petersburg, Florida native joins teammates Delaney Sweitzer, Emma Tyrrell and Emma Ward on the Tewaaraton Award Watch List. Another round of additions to the Watch List will be announced on March 28 before the field will be narrowed to 25 on April 18.
