Tennis Reveals 2025 Spring Schedule

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse University women's tennis team unveiled its 2025 spring schedule on Thursday. The Orange will play 19 regular season matches, including 11 at Drumlins Country Club.Â
Syracuse begins its season with four straight home matches, starting with its opener against Cornell on Jan. 22. The Orange will then face James Madison on Jan. 25, Fordham on Jan. 26 and Drexel on Feb. 2.
The Orange will then go to Boston College for a pair of matches. Syracuse will take on Boston University on Feb. 8 before battling Boston College in its ACC opener on Feb. 9.
Following its weekend doubleheader in Boston, Syracuse returns home for five home matches, four of which will be against ACC opponents. The Orange will square off with Columbia on Feb. 16, North Carolina on Feb. 21, Duke on Feb. 23, Miami on Feb. 28 and Florida State on March 2.
Syracuse then heads west to face Stanford on March 7 and California on March 8 before traveling south for matches against Georgia Tech on March 21 and Clemson on March 23.
The Orange will play their final two home matches of the season on April 4 against Virginia Tech and April 6 against Virginia before concluding the regular season on the road against Louisville on April 11 and Notre Dame on April 13. Syracuse will then head to Cary, North Carolina, to compete in the ACC Tournament from April 17-21.
Syracuse is coming off a 10-11 campaign last spring that featured a victory over No. 8 North Carolina State. This fall, the Orange notched 39 singles and 22 doubles victories. Newcomer Serafima Shastova won the singles draw at ITA New England Regionals to clinch a spot in the NCAA Individual Championships.
