Today's the Day! Tuesday, March 24, marks 156 years since Syracuse University was founded—AND it's Syracuse Giving Day, a 24-hour burst of Orange spirit, generosity and collective impact. Whether you're on campus or celebrating from afar, this is your moment to show the world what Orange can do.

Here's how to be part of #CuseGivingDay:
- Make a gift to a head coaches' fund. Every dollar is imperative to team success. Alumni, parents and fans can support their favorite Syracuse program(s), which are allocated at the discretion of the program's head coach.
- Give to Athletics Competitive Excellence. Athletics competitive excellence is a new giving option launched in 2025 to maximize revenue-sharing opportunities for Syracuse student-athletes and strengthen our athletic programs' avility to recruit, retain and develop elite talent to build championship-caliber programs.
- Support to the Athletics Opportunity Fund. The Athletics Opportunity Fund provides unrestricted annual support to all 20 varsity sports programs and 550+ student-athletes.
- Free food and giveaways in Schine from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Make a gift, grab treats and fill your stamp card to get an Otto straw topper.
- Go behind-the-scenes with student-created stories, live shows and new challenges throughout the day.
- Content Creator Stations in Schine. Record your own Giving Day video or snap a photobooth pic. Grab a branded ring light while you're at it!
- Class of 2026 exclusive party. Make your class gift, earn your grad cord and join Otto's After Party from 6 to 8 p.m.
