
Goodrick Transfers To Syracuse

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Tasman Goodrick, a 6-10, 230 forward who played for Siena last season, has accepted a written offer of athletic aid to Syracuse, and will transfer to join the Orange.
Goodrick reunites with Syracuse coach Gerry McNamara, who was his coach at Siena this past season. Goodrick started nine games for the Saints before an injury cut short his season. He averaged 9.7 points and 7.3 rebounds per game and produced two double-doubles. He converted .645 of his shots.
He made a dramatic debut for the Saints, posting 22 points and 11 rebounds in an 82-66 triumph against Bryant. Goodrick was 11-of-14 from the field in the victory. He also contributed a double-double against Albany, tallying 19 points and 10 boards in a 73-63 win.
GOODRICK AT ST. JOSEPH'S COLLEGE, HUNTERS HILL
He earned Greater Public Schools (GPS) First Team recognition and was the offensive player of the year in 2021. Goodrick was a team captain at St. Joseph's College, Hunters Hill.
GOODRICK AT CAL BAPTIST (2023-24)
Goodrick began his collegiate career at Cal Baptist. He saw action in nine contests. The Lancers were 16-17.
GOODRICK AT GANNON (2024-25)
After transferring to Gannon, Goodrick enjoyed a stellar season with the Golden Knights, averaging 15.6 points and 10.7 rebounds a contest. He ranked second in Division II with 20 double-doubles during the 2024-25 campaign. Goodrick ranked seventh in offensive rebound average (4.4) and 12th in rebound average (10.7).
Goodrick had a career-high 29 points to go with 10 rebounds when Gannon won at Clarion, 78-65. His top rebounding effort was a 22-board performance in a 97-81 triumph versus West Virginia State that also included 20 points. Gannon was 27-7 overall, 17-3 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The Golden Knights won the PSAC Tournament and earned a berth in the NCAA Division II postseason.
He earned Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Atlantic Region, National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-Atlantic District Second Team and PSAC West Division First Team with Gannon.
