Abdramane Siby, a 7-0, 210 center from Bamako, Mali, has accepted a written offer of athletic aid at Syracuse, according to Coach Gerry McNamara.

Siby plays professionally for Mega Superbet, a Serbian team in the Adriatic League. In the first 21 games of the current season, he averaged 4.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. Siby shot .640 from the field and .769 from the foul line. He recorded a blocked shot in 16 of the 21 games.
