Prospective Athlete Form
Welcome to Syracuse Athletics! If you are interested in competing in intercollegiate athletics for Syracuse University, please complete the following form and submit it to the athletic program in which you are interested. This form will be used by the coaching staff to help determine prospective student-athletes. NCAA rules prohibit coaches from contacting freshmen and sophomores in high school. This form is not an official university application.
For prospective student-athletes in the sports of football and men's and women's basketball, please mail your information to the coaches' offices at Manley Field House, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY 13244.
