Rosie Leutzinger, Assistant Coach - 1st Year
Leutzinger played softball for the University of Washington from 1997-2000. As a shortstop, her team went to the Women's College World Series all four years. Leutzinger won third-team All-American honors as a sophomore. She was an All Pac-10 performer from 1998-2000 and and All-Academic Pac-10 selection in her final three years. She went on to play professional softball in Japan for 6 months, and is currently a member of the Great Britain National Team.
Leutzinger's other work experience includes working as a sports news assistant for the Seattle Times and a public relations intern with the Seattle Mariners.
Leutzinger graduated from Pacific Grove High School in California in 1996, and graduated with a bachelor's in journalism and anthropology in 2001. She is currently pursuing a master's degree at Syracuse.
