On tonight’s performance:
“I’m just happy we won. It doesn’t matter how many points I score, the continuous effort was great. We did what we were asked to do. The guards passed the ball inside a lot and they just did what coach asked them to do.”
On her rhythm:
“I don’t even feel like I scored 41 points. It was just happening. Every time I got the ball it just went in. I thought ‘Ok, maybe today is my day.’”
On playing with the Lithuanian U-20 national team:
“The game is different in all aspects, but yeah I guess I gained a little more confidence and like last summer before my freshman year here I had to work on my own and now I play all the time so that helped me a lot because we compete against different teams and better teams in Europe.”

“I just felt happy for Vaida, and I’m so glad that she had such a good game and it was just nice because you could pass the ball into her and you were always sure that she would make the basket. It was such a great feeling.”
On her first game back:
“Well at first it was a little strange because it was my first real game and my team has played a couple of games before, but I just couldn’t wait to come back and it really felt so good to be back and I was trying to help the team from the bench to cheer them on, but now I can play and help the team with scoring and rebounding and it was just a great feeling to be back.”

“It was pretty easy, especially when she (Sipaviciute) got real good position, It showed in her her numbers. Her arms are long and wide. It’s pretty easy to get the ball to her most of the time.”
On whether jump shots helped open up the inside game:
“Completely. Coach Cieplicki has been on us, the guards, the entire season, for us to make shots and to take shots because it opens her (Sipaviciute) up so much more and they (the jump shots) went in today.
