Ringo was a key member of an offensive line that helped the Orange into its first bowl game, the 1952 Orange Bowl. He enjoyed even more success in the NFL. While playing with the Green Bay Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles, Ringo made 10 Pro Bowls (1958-66, 68) and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1981. He was also named to Syracuse University's All-Century team in November, 1999.
