Senior year: started all 12 games…led the team in quarterback pressures with 12 and was 3rd in sacks with 4.5…had 29 tackles on the season and two tackles for losses…two caused fumbles and two fumble recoveries tie him for 2nd place in the BIG EAST in each of those categories…intercepted a pass vs. East Carolina…had five tackles, two sacks, a fumble recovery an unofficial SU record six quarterback pressures vs. Virginia Tech to earn the game ball from the captains…
Junior year: started all 12 games and had 29 tackles on the year(17 solo)… 3rd on the team with 4.5 sacks and three quarterback pressures…interception at the goal line and 52-yard return helped turn the tide in SU’s come-from-behind win over Pittsburgh…big game in SU’s upset win over Florida with season-highs of five tackles, two sacks and two QB pressures…
Sophomore year: won the starting job vacated by Terry Wooden…started all 13 games…career-high 43 tackles on the year…tied for 3rd on the team with 4.5 sacks for 26 yards in losses…seven tackles vs. Army…six tackles and a sack vs. Vanderbilt and had the same numbers vs. West Virginia…broke up two passes in the Miami game...
Freshman year: listed on the two-deep behind Wooden at outside linebacker…one of SU’s leading special teams players…saw action in all 12 games…finished 3rd on the team with three sacks and had 21 tackles…four tackles and two sacks vs. Penn State…Special Teams Player of the Week vs. Navy… Scout Team Player of the Week vs. Rutgers as a true freshman in 1988…
