Edward M. Collier graduated from Syracuse with a BS in business administration in 1957. He received his masters degree in 1976 from GWU. A boxing star, he earned varsity letters in 1955, '56 and '57. Collier was an active member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He completed a distinguished military career with the United States Air Force in 1984, retiring as a Colonel. A combat pilot and instructor, Collier flew 100 missions in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia earning numerous awards including the Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star, meritorious Service and Commendation Medals. Since 1984, Collier has served as staff, management and executive level employee for Bowing Military Airplanes. Collier has been extensively involved in coaching and administration in little league baseball, youth football, and CYO basketball for more than 20 years.
