Regy Thorpe was an All-American and team captain for the Orange. He transferred from Herkimer Community College to play two years at Syracuse. He recovered 123 ground balls, scored one goal and dished out three assists in that time.

Junior Year (1992): Starter at the long stick defensive midfield spot … recovered 59 ground balls, third on team … took just two shots on the year, but tallied a goal vs. Hobart … had assists vs. Adelphi, Cornell and Penn.
