Caira at SU: The most dominating strikeout pitcher in SU softball history owns the career record for strikeouts per 7 innings pitched (8.37) and set the single-season standard in 2010 with 9.49 ... The first pitcher in school history to throw multiple no-hitters in a season (two in 2009) ... Owns three single-game records and is ranked among the top 10 in 10 single-season records and an additional 12 career record lists ... Ranked among the top five on eight freshman and nine sophomore record lists ... The first BIG EAST Championship Most Outstanding Player in SU history ...
