Local Charity Fundraiser
Institutions may contribute to a local charity fundraiser under the following conditions:
1. No benefits may be provided directly to prospective student-athletes;
2. The institution is not recruiting any prospective student-athletes in the recipient’s immediate family
3. The institution may make donations only to a bona fide trust fund that is established for such fund-raising purposes;Â
4. The recipient resides in the member institution’s state or within a 100-mile radius of the member institution’s campus if outside the state.
