* All packages include access to the NCAA Fan Experience - Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the facility.
- Tickets will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
- Unless specifically authorized by the NCAA, tickets may not be offered as a prize in a sweepstakes, drawing, auction or contest.
- Each ticket represents a revocable license to use the seat indicated on the ticket for the duration of the ticketed event. INDIVIDUALS WHO RECEIVE TICKETS THROUGH THE NCAA TICKET SALES PROCESS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RE-SELL THEIR TICKETS FOR MORE THAN FACE VALUE. DOING SO SHALL RESULT IN THE AUTOMATIC REVOCATION OF THE LICENSE THAT THE TICKET REPRESENTS. THE NCAA WILL INVESTIGATE ANY INSTANCE OF SUCH IMPERMISSIBLE RESALE OF WHICH IT MAY BECOME AWARE.
- The NCAA reminds fans that purchasing tickets from secondary, unauthorized vendors may result in fraudulent purchases. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets from the NCAA member institutions and companies authorized by the NCAA to sell or resell championship tickets.

- Open Practices – Thursday, March 26, 2015
The community is invited to attend the open practice session. There is no admission charge. If you plan to attend any of the open practice sessions, there will be free parking and shuttle buses running from the Skytop parking lot. The Carrier Dome will open at 11:00 am and close after the last practice at 4 p.m. Concessions and merchandise stands will be open throughout the Dome.The Thursday, open practice schedule is as follows:
11:00 a.m. - Carrier Dome gates open.
12:00-12:50 p.m. - Game 1 lower seed practice
1:00-1:50 p.m. - Game 2 lower seed practice
2:10-3:00 p.m. - Game 1 higher seed practice
3:10-4:00 p.m. - Game 2 higher seed practice - 2015 Men’s Basketball East Regional Schedule
Friday, March 27 - Regional Semifinal Doubleheader (Session 1)
Game times are TBA based on TV schedule.Saturday, March 28 – The Carrier Dome is CLOSED Sunday, March 29 – Regional Championship (Session 2)

The NCAA and Syracuse University STRONGLY URGE you to arrive early as possible in order to avoid any traffic delays, as we expect a crowd in excess of 25,000. If you have pre-purchased NCAA Regional parking passes use either downtown Exit 18 of I-81, or as an alternative use the Teall Ave Exit 14 of I-690 for north and east campus lots, or the Brighton Ave Exit 17 of I-81 or Exit 1 off I-481 to get to Skytop or Manley.
