HOW TO ORDER
Any full-time SU or ESF student for the 2019-20 academic year, or their spouse or dependent, may purchase a maximum of one Student Season Pass. All eligible students, spouse or dependent must have their own 9-digit SU or ESF ID whose number is also their student MyCuse account. Â
Please DO NOT USE your NET-ID/MySlice password when logging in - it WILL NOT WORK on your student MyCuse ticket account.

1.     Enter your syr.edu email address as user, and password to log in.
2.     Choose 'buy student tickets', and purchase your pass. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover
3.     Add your tickets to your iPhone or Android mobile phone.
4.     Be on the lookout for Marketing emails (TEAMSU@syr.edu) on how to pick up your special gifts and sign up for experiences

For first time purchasers, (an account should already be created based on your student ID# and registrar status):

1.     CLICK HERE to go to your student MyCuse Account login page.
2.     Click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and enter your syr.edu email address.
        Retrieve your temporary password (good for 24 hours) and log into your MyCuse Account (If you are having log-in issues, please call 888-DOME-TIX, Option 0)
3.     Choose 'buy student tickets', and purchase your pass. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover
4.     Add your tickets to your iPhone or Android mobile phone.
5.     Be on the lookout for Marketing emails (TEAMSU@syr.edu) on how to pick up your t-shirt and invites to special events

LOGIN ISSUES?
For login issues – including needing a student account created – please call our Box Office at 888-DOME-TIX (366-3849), option ‘zero’, for further assistance. (Note that Season Passes bought to other than your student 9-digit MyCuse account will not be valid.)

NEW STUDENT OR FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten or don't know your password, or are a new incoming student when asked to log in during the order process, click Forgot Your Password? and a temporary password – good for 24 hours - will be emailed to the email address on your MyCuse ticket account (it may be either your syr.edu email address or your personal email address). If that doesn't work, please call us to resolve the issue.

WHEN DO I GET MY TICKETS?
Your student football or men's basketball season pass tickets will be available in your Student MyCuse account once purchased. Please follow instructions via the FAQs located on the Mobile FAQ page to obtain your ticket and guest passes.
