Syracuse University Athletics Requests Your Adherence To Our Updated Fan Code Of Conduct

What you Should Do:

Stay home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact with someone that may have been exposed, or have a temperature exceeding 100.4° F.
Please enter at the designated gate and time as indicated on your ticket.
The Clear bag policy will be strictly enforced. Please visit cuse.com/clearbag for more information.
Wear your face mask, completely covering your mouth and nose, at all times on campus and in the stadium.
Stick together with your seating pod and maintain distance from other groups.
Abide by all social distancing markers displayed as you approach the gates and throughout the Stadium.
Once inside the stadium, please remain in your designated area throughout the game. Each area will allow access to restrooms, concessions, and guest services information.
Following the conclusion of the game, please exit the Stadium using the same gate utilized for entry. Stadium personnel will be available to control the egress as you exit.
Once outside the stadium, continue to wear a face mask and physically distance until you have arrived back at your vehicle or residence.

Assumption of Risk:

You must follow all stadium policies, including health and safety rules and posted instructions, while in the stadium and on stadium grounds.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By entering the stadium and stadium grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Face Masks Required:

For the safety and security of all game personnel, stadium staff, student athletes and fellow fans, Syracuse University requires that face masks are to be worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
Failure to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth, are grounds for removal from the stadium.

Entry Procedures:

Entry into the Stadium will be staggered to reduce the formation of lines and crowds. All mobile tickets will include a designated entry gate and time.
Have your SU/ESF student ID ready
Download your mobile ticket in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before you arrive.
Be prepared to have your temperature checked upon entry.

While in the Stadium:

Maintain six feet of distance from others who are not part of your group
Please wear your mask at all times
Proceed to your assigned section(s) on your mobile ticket
Select an orange cushion seat grouping with your party
Located throughout the building for your use, please use hand sanitizer to keep your hands clean

Food & Beverage:

When you arrive, bottled water will be provided.
Concession stands will not be open and additional food is not available for purchase.

Exit Procedures:

Please exit the gate nearest your assigned section(s)
Maintain six feet of distance from others who are not part of your group.
Follow the direction of the stadium staff.
