Fans are encouraged to contact us by email at dometix@syr.edu for the quickest response as it is monitored by staff throughout the day.

Our main line, 888-DOME-TIX (888-366-3849) will be forwarded to a voicemail system that will allow fans to leave a message. Our team will make all efforts to return voicemails within the hour they were received during normal business hours of 8:30am-4:30pm.
