Lally Athletic Complex, and more. Q: What is 'CAF?
The ’Cuse Athletics Fund is the fundraising arm of Syracuse University Athletics. The organization is charged annually with generating private resources to support a comprehensive student-athlete experience at Syracuse University. Please visit the 'Cuse Athletics Fund homepage for more information. Â
Q: Can I participate in other sport specific clubs?
A: Yes! If your team has a sport specific club like the Syracuse Football Club or Syracuse Alumni Rowing Association, you are more than welcome to be a part of both clubs. The Block S Club is not looking to replace any existing club. The purpose of the Block S Club is to provide all-inclusive support and engagement for athletes across all sports.Â
Q: Why did we re-brand the club?
A: The Syracuse Varsity Club has been inactive since 2017 and we want to connect with as many of our former student-athletes as possible. The world of college athletics is continuously changing, and it is vital to hold our community tight. The Block S Club has a couple core changes including the omission of a board of directors. To provide a better former student-athlete experience, we will work in collaboration with the Office of Alumni Engagement and the Office of Student-Athlete Engagement to provide more resources and opportunities for former student-athletes to stay engaged with the University.Â
Q: How do I get a Block S Varsity Jacket?
A: Block S Varsity Jacket has not yet launched. More information to come.
