Indoor: Ran a time of 14:04.94 in the 5000m finals at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/25-2/27) ... Set a PR and finished 4th in the 5000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 14:33.86 (1/15-1/16).
Outdoor: Finished 24th in the finals of the ACC Championships posting a time of 29:38.55 in the 10,000m (5/13-5/15) ... Placed 21st in the mile with a time of 4:08.53 at the Virginia Grand Prix (5/1) ... Placed 18th in the 10k with a time of 30:06.09 at the Virginia Challenge (4/16-4/17).
Redshirt Sophomore XC (2020-21):Â Scored for Syracuse in season debut at Army, finished 5th with a 7.5k time of 22:55.7 (9/12) ... Before SU: Graduated from Otsego High School. Won state championships in 2018 in the 3200 and the Michigan Division 2 Cross Country Championships. He finished eighth place in the New Balance Indoor Nationals 5K his senior year. He holds PRs of 4:13 in the 1600, 9:00 in the 3200 and 14:55 for the 5K in cross country.
