Jennifer Griffin serves as sports performance specialist, working with staff in areas of communication and managing player performance in members of the women’s soccer squad. Griffin works to develop both mental and emotional skills within the team to create a championship culture.
Prior to joining the Orange, Griffin worked as a high school girls and boys soccer coach for 17 years. She was awarded the New York State High School Girls Soccer Coach of the Year Award in 1997 and in 2006 won the same title for Boys Soccer Coach of the Year. Griffin has led both boys and girls soccer teams to the semifinals of the state championship twice.
Griffin holds a NSCAA National Diploma. She is a Certified Mental Coach and Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1982. Griffin lives in Syracuse, N.Y.
