Beat Sophie Nelson of NC State in singles play 6-1, 6-2 (4/17) ... Defeated Chloe Willetts of Louisville in singles match 6-2, 6-2. Also took down Ariana Rodriguez and Elle Stokes with partner Valeria Salazar 8-6 (3/27) ... With partner Amanda Rodgers, kept it close with the nations top-ranked tandem of Beatrice Gumulya and Jessy Rompies, leading 6-5 when the match was halted (3/22) ... At the Houston Classic Safdar went undefeated alongside Valeria Salazar. Safdar got her weekend started by grinding out a three-set comeback win over Iowa State's Alejandra Galvis (6-7, 7-6 (4), 11-9) before getting wins in an easier fashion on Saturday and Sunday. Safdar earned the win by defeating Oklahoma's Emma Devine (7-5, 6-3) and SMU's Mary Wright (6-2, 6-4) ... At the Harvard Invitational, defeated Harvard duo Jang-Milsten/Li (8-4) with partner Valeria Salazar ... Junior Year (2014): At the ITA Northeast Regional, won her match over Dartmouth's Julia Schroeder [6-4;1-6;6-3] At the West Point Invite,won the third singles flight by defeating Cassandra Dix,[4-6;6-1;10-7] in the championship ... Match-by-match results
Teamed up with Amanda Rodgers to take down Hannah Morril and June Lee at second doubles 6-4 at Harvard ... At NC State, defeated Sophie Nelson at sixth singles 6-3, 5-7, 6-0 ... Against Virginia Tech, defeated Sansitha Nandakumar 4-6, 6-4, 6-2 in sixth singles and partnered with Rhiann Newborn to take down Tea Ivanovic and Nandakumar in third doubles ... Took down Florida State's Majlena Pedersen 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 on the sixth court ... Against Boston College, defeated Wan-Yi Sweeting 6-2, 4-6, 6-1 on the sixth court ...
