Caitlyn Gooden joined Syracuse Athletics as a video producer in July 2026, bringing a background in collegiate athletics content creation and social media storytelling.
Gooden previously spent three years with Gamecock Athletics' New and Creative Media Department at the University of South Carolina, where she developed content across multiple sports. As women's basketball student producer, she created in-venue video content played for crowds of 18,000 at home games and produced a 13-minute documentary episode chronicling the program's undefeated national championship season. She also served as softball student producer, conceptualizing and directing season intro video shoots and crafting in-venue content for weekly home series.
Beyond her production work, Gooden served as president of the Women in Sport and Entertainment Management Club at South Carolina, where she helped reshape the organization's culture and core values, and previously held the club's social media chair role. She was also a student leader for the College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management.
Gooden graduated from the University of South Carolina in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management and a minor in Media Arts.
