Kaileigh Grieb joined the Syracuse University Athletics Communications office in July 2026 as a communications assistant, serving as the primary contact for men's soccer and softball while assisting as a secondary contact for women's basketball.
Prior to her arrival on The Hill, she was a communications assistant at James Madison, where she worked as the primary contact for softball and was secondary on football and women's basketball, providing media relations coverage and creating social media content.
She spent her senior year of college as an intern at Duke and has previously worked with USA Baseball and the Cape Cod Baseball League, where she served as the league's senior writer in 2024.
Grieb, a native of Worcester, Mass., is a 2025 graduate of Endicott College with a degree in Communication/Digital Media - Journalism. She got her start in college athletics as an intern with the Gulls.Â
