Mark Potter is the Director, Ticket & Business Operations for the JMA Wireless Dome. He is responsible for leading the ticketing and business office teams at the JMA Dome.
He joined the University in September 2009 and has served in a variety of roles in Ticket Operations, Ticket Sales, and most recently in the Business Office at the JMA Dome.
A 2009 graduate of SUNY Cortland, he earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management and is currently working towards completing his Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management in Spring 2024.
