2014-2015: Named CRCA Scholar-Athletes (05/29) ... All-ACC Second Team Selection ... Stroked the first varsity eight at the ACC Championship (5/15-5/16) ... Stroked the first varsity eight at No.1 Ohio State (4/25) ... Stroked the first varsity eight that beat four of the top 20 ranked crews in the country at the Clemson Invite(4/18-4/19)... Rowed in the third seat in the first varsity eight against that finished in first against Cornell and University of Buffalo (11/8)… Sat in the third seat of the varsity four B that came in fifth and rowed in the third seat in the first varsity eight that came in third at the Princeton Chase (10/26)…Stroked the varsity four B that came in 10th at the Head of the Charles (10/18) ... Coach Moore on Frawley: "Chelsea has spent the last several years honing her skills in small boats. At the 2013 Australian National Championships she won bronze in the U21 1x, silver in the U23 2x and gold in the Women's U23 8+. We are extremely excited for Chelsea to bring her power and competitive drive to the program at Syracuse."
