Wang Blocks Six in Three-Game Win

Syracuse (14-8) was victorious with consecutive-game wins of 15-1, 15-6 and 15-5.
Wang also had five digs in the win. Senior rightside hitter Dana Fiume (Island Park, NY) led all players with nine kills and three blocks in two games played. Sophomore middle blocker Abby Van Mater (West Chester, PA) posted six kills with five digs and five blocks. Senior outside hitter Julianna Stokes (Naperville, OH) led the squad with four service aces and added seven kills.
Freshman setter Michaela Skelly (Simi Valley, CA) recorded 33 assists to go with her team-high nine digs.
Syracuse makes the short trip from Niagara Falls to Buffalo Wednesday evening for a 7:30 p.m. match at Canisius College.
