The "Take The Kids To The Game" promotion is a purchase of two adult tickets, four youth tickets, a parking pass and a $10 concessions coupon- all for $50. This ticket package saves fans $64. The contest marks the final home game for 13 Syracuse seniors. This senior class has gone to three consecutive bowl games, won two BIG EAST title and posted a 29-17 won-loss record since 1997. This group of Orange gridiron warriors has left a mark on the SU history books boasting members of SU's top-10 in rushing, rushing touchdowns, 100-yard rushing games, kick return yards, average yards per kick return, average yards per catch and sacks.
The offensive group of Dee Brown (Altamonte Springs, FL), Kyle Johnson (Woodbridge, NJ), Emerson Kilgore (Warwick, RI), Aaron Lewis (Bayview, TX), Vaughn Smith (Clinton, MD) and Pat Woodcock (Kanata, Ontario, Canada) has gained 3,867 yards from scrimmage and scored 40 touchdowns. The defensive senior corps of Will Allen (Syracuse, NY), Andrew Benson (Providence, RI), Eric Downing (Paterson, NJ), Morlon Greenwood (Freeport, NY), Duke Pettijohn (Mattapan, MA), Rickie Simpkins (Middle Village, NY) and Cliff Snell (Worcester, MA) has registered 821 tackles, 36 sacks and five interceptions.
