OL 1965-66

He earned All-America honors in 1966 and was the winner of the Joseph Alexander Excellence in Football, Scholarship, and Citizenship Award that year. A fourth round pick of the Bills in 1967, Bugenhagen played tackle/guard in Buffalo for one year before joining the Boston Patriots in 1970.
