The Syracuse Orangemen held their annual Media Day on Friday, October 12 at Manley Field House. The Orangemen officially begin their preparations on Saturday when they hold their first practice.

SU will participate in the Preseason NIT this season. The Orangemen host Manhattan in a first-round contest on November 12 at the Carrier Dome. A win would earn SU a matchup against Fordham or DePaul in the second round.
