Syracuse (6-4 overall, 2-3 BIG EAST Northeast Division) is coming off a pair of victories this past weekend. The Orange defeated Seton Hall 4-0 on Friday at home and beat Rutgers 2-1 in Piscataway on Sunday.
With its defeat of Seton Hall, SU improved to 5-0 at home this season and extended its home winning streak to seven games. The 'Cuse has won its last 10 games against non-conference opponents at home.
Senior co-captain Candy Reich (Pembroke, Mass./Silver Lake Regional) picked up three assists in the two games last week. Her season total stands at seven, which ties a career high and is also tied for the second-highest single season total in SU history.
Sophomore forward Nina Scalzo (Webster, N.Y./Webster) had her second two-goal game of the season and the fourth of her career in Friday's 4-0 win against Seton Hall. Scalzo also set a career high with seven goals on the season. She leads the team with seven goals and 15 points. She is tied for seventh on the all-time list with 13 goals.
Dartmouth (3-3-1, 1-1-1 Ivy League) has not scored a goal in two games. It played Yale to a scoreless tie on Oct. 6 and was shutout, 2-0, by Boston University on Oct. 10.
