In eight days the Orangemen play Manhattan in the Carrier Dome in the first round of the NIT. SUathletics.com is in day 18 of "Boeheim 25 Years in 25 Days." SU made it to the Sweet 16 in the 1994 NCAA Tournament. Lawrence Moten continued his high-scoring ways for the Orange.
BIG GAME: Connecticut's Future Pros Lose in the Dome
The Orangemen defeated Connecticut 108-95 in the Carrier Dome on February 1, 1994. Ray Allen, Travis Knight, Donny Marshall, and Donyell Marshall, all future NBA players couldn't muster a win in the Dome. Three Orangemen, John Wallace's, 25 points, 10 rebounds Lawrence Moten, 31 points, 10 rebounds and Adrain Autry, 19 points, 12 assits all had double-double's on the night.
