Record Named to All-BIG EAST Third Team

Syracuse University senior Beth Record (Shortsville, NY) has been named to the 2000-01 All-BIG EAST Third Team for the second straight season. Record led Syracuse in scoring this season, averaging 13.3 points per game. She also averaged 6.9 rebounds per game, and led the team with 42 steals. Record ranks in the top 11 in the BIG EAST in scoring, overall rebounding, free throw percentage, offensive and defensive rebounds.
The Orangewomen will take on Georgetown on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the first round of the BIG EAST Tournament.
