Palmer Named SU Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

Kenya Palmer has been named assistant strength and conditioning coach at Syracuse University. She was promoted to her new position after serving as a graduate assistant in the SU weight room. Her primarly responsibilities include developing and maintaining strength, speed and condition programs for the women's basketball, swimming and diving, softball, field hockey, and women's lacrosse teams.
She graduated with a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Boston University in 2002.
Palmer is a certified athletic trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a certified
personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise.
