SU Announces Football Season Ticket Holder of the Year

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Shirley Garratt Savage was honored as Syracuse's Football Season Ticket Holder of the Year prior to the Orangemen's contest against Rutgers. Shirley was honored with a plaque and a prize package as part of Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Day.
A mother of four, Shirley won a color television in a contest in 1981. She immediately sold the television to buy SU football season tickets. She has been a season ticket holder since.
The Syracuse Athletic Department would like to thank all of its fans and supporters this season.
