
ESPN Radio 1260 AM to Broadcast Men's Lacrosse Games

The flagship radio station for the 2002 Syracuse University men's lacrosse season will be ESPN Radio 1260 AM. The station will begin broadcasting this Saturday, February 23 during the Orangemen's season opener against Army. Faceoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. The radio station's pregame show will air at 3:15 p.m.
ESPN Radio 1260 AM will carry all of SU's home and away contests, while several stations throughout Central New York will carry selected games throughout the season. The pregame show will air 15 minutes prior to face-off and the post-game show will feature interviews with players and coaches.
Play-by-play announcer Andy Jones will be joined by Kyle Fetterly to provide in-depth analysis of Orangemen lacrosse.
Each of the Syracuse Lacrosse broadcasts can be heard through the official Syracuse University Athletics website, www.suathletics.com. The broadcasts will all be archived on the site.
