Nine Orangemen Sign As Free Agents With NFL Teams

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Nine Syracuse University football players have signed as free agents and will get a chance to play for an NFL team in the 2002-03 season.
In addition to the Indianapolis Colts' first-round draft choice, defensive end Dwight Freeney (Bloomfield, Conn./Bloomfield), and the fifth-round draft choice of the Carolina Panthers, fullback Kyle Johnson (Woodbridge, N.J./Woodbridge), the following Orangemen have signed with NFL teams as of April 22:
