The football Orangemen return to the Carrier Dome this week to take on the Boston College Eagles. Kickoff is set for Noon. Syracuse enters the game with a 3-2 overall record and 0-1 in the BIG EAST. Boston College is 4-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play.
Junior Walter Reyes scored SU's only touchdown against No. 4 Virginia Tech, extending his streak of consecutive games with a rushing touchdown to 10. That ties the Syracuse record set by Jim Nance in 1964.
The Orangemen are the only team in Division I-A that has not thrown an interception. Senior quarterback R.J. Anderson established an SU record for passes without an interception with his streak of 144. Anderson broke Donovan McNabb's record of 133.
