Four Orangewomen Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Four members of the Syracuse women's basketball team have been named to the fall 2002 Syracuse Athletic Director's Honor Roll. In order to be recognized, student-athletes must achieve at least a 3.0 grade point average for the semester.
Senior Maja Omanovic (Mostar, Bosnia/New Mexico J.C.) is making her third appearance on the honor roll in as many semesters at Syracuse.
First-time honorees include senior Awa Diop (Colombes, France/Western Nebraska C.C.), sophomore Rochelle Coleman (Burtonsville, Md./Paint Branch) and freshman Jill Norton (Marlton, N.J./Bishop Eustace Prep).
The Orangewomen are 8-13 overall and 3-7 in the BIG EAST this season. They face top-ranked Connecticut on Wednesday, February 12 at the Hartford Civic Center.
