This week's edition of "Inside the Orange" focuses on the Orangemen basketball team as it prepares for the five games of the regular season. The show airs Friday at 5:30 p.m. on the Empire Sports Network.

Head coach Jim Boeheim joins "Voice of the Orange" Mark Johnson to look at highlights from Syracuse's victories against Notre Dame and St. John's. They will also preview the Orangemen's non-conference showdown at Michigan State on Sunday.

In addition, sophomore Hakim Warrick sits down with Johnson to talk about his role on the team this season. "The Legends in Orange" segment dates back to the mid-90s and the school's all-time leading scorer, Lawrence Moten. Also, Empire Sports' Bremante Bryant looks at the impact of freshmen Carmelo Anthony and Gerry McNamara, and their contrasting styles on the court.
