Potential Storm Moves Field Hockey Game to Sat., Sept. 20

The Syracuse University field hockey team has moved its BIG EAST Conference game against Rutgers to Saturday, Sept. 20, at 7 p.m. at J.S. Coyne Stadium. The match was originally scheduled to take place on Friday, Sept. 19, but due to weather forecasts predicting strong winds and heavy rain from Hurricane Isabel, both coaches decided to wait a day to play the important league contest. It will be the first conference game for both teams.

Syracuse has won its last three games and owns a 3-3 record, while Rutgers comes into the match with a 3-4 mark.
