During the 2003 football season, all Syracuse games can be heard live on the Syracuse Sports Radio Network, with WAQX-95.7FM in Syracuse serving as the flagship station. Johnson handles the play-by-play, while former SU coach Dick MacPherson serves as the analyst. Matt Park is the pre-game and post-game host and he also serves as the sideline reporter.
Each broadcast begins with local coverage on WAQX-95.7FM and ESPN Radio 1260AM two hours prior to kickoff and network coverage begins one hour before the game. The postgame show airs on the network for 30 minutes and the local coverage continues for 60 minutes after the game.
The Orangemen begin the 2003 campaign in Chapel Hill, N.C. on Saturday, September 6 at 1:30 p.m. The game will be broadcast on the SU Radio Network beginning with the pre-game show at 11:30 a.m.
